The FEX Global market is cleared by CME
Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (“CME”) holds an Australian Clearing and Settlement Facility Licence pursuant to s824B(2) of the Australian Corporations Act. This licence enables CME to provide clearing services for transactions conducted on FEX Global markets. Based in Sydney Australia, FEX Global together with CME as the central counterparty clearing house offer a globally competitive licensed market, offering participants and market users innovative and centrally cleared derivative risk management products.
CME's place of business is located in the United States of America and it is regulated primarily under the regulatory regime of the USA. Market Participants and market users are advised that the rights and remedies of investors whose transactions are cleared and settled through CME may differ from the rights and remedies of investors whose transactions are cleared and settled by an Australian-based clearing and settlement facility.
